Microgreen Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or oat milk, coconut milk, regular milk, fruit juice or water

  • 1 large handful microgreens

  • 1 banana frozen

  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice, frozen or fresh (apple, mango, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries)

  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
