Berry Beet Ginger Smoothie with Greens

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 handful beet greens, spinach and or microgreens

  • 1 medium beet , peeled & cut into quarters

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries

  • 1" piece of peeled fresh ginger

  • 1/2 of an avocado

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  • Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
