Green Superfood Smoothie


Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup berries or grapes
1 cup orange juice , almond milk or coconut milk or water

Optional Superfood Additions:

2 Large Kale Leaves

OR

1 Cup Spinach

OR

1 cup cilantro
1 tsp barley grass juice powder
1 tsp spirulina
1 tbsp handful of Atlantic dulse 


Directions:
In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water. Enjoy!
