Ginger Balsamic and Pear Kale Salad


  • 1 bunch kale chopped
  • 1 pear diced 
  • 2-3 Tbsp Walnuts


For the Dressing:
Whisk together the following-

  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic
  • 1-2 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • Splash of Lemon Juice
  • Honey to taste

Combine Chopped Kale and dressing, massage to soften kale. Let Marinade for a few hours or over night. Before serving, top with diced pears and walnuts
