Angelica's Favorite Kale Salad

This recipe is good fresh but even better when you let it marinade for a day.

Ingredients

1 Bunch of Kale

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp Tumeric

1/2 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste 

Nutritional Yeast to taste (I like to add a lot)

 

Wash Kale and remove stems. Chop leaves into small pieces. Massage with Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar about one minute until leaves are soft. Add spices and massage to mix them in. Add any other toppings you'd like. Such as tomato, green onion, or cucumber.
